Positives:
1)Good representation of Yin-Yang. The design,(fake) leather and rope, seems very fitting and perpetuates the zen feel that is created by the Yin-Yang symbol.
2)Comfortable, adjustable, and a unisex design.
Negatives:
1)The stone-like pebble atop the bracelet, to me, seemed small, however I am a man (Big hands and arms) so the dimensions may be acceptable to others.
2)The adjustable rope design, while neat, proved annoying. This was for several reasons:
a)I was able to tighten the bracelet almost to the max, so this may mean smaller wrists will be unable to tighten all the way.
b) after tightening, the bracelet will loosen easily, unless you tie the ropes into a knot. And after that, the ropes still hang and flail, so that could be bothersome.
c) On the first day, on of the knots broke. This is bad, because the design of the bracelet requires you to pull the knot to tighten. There are two knots extending from a base knot at the bottom of the bracelet. (If you look at the picture, the knot is directly behind the yin-yang symbol on the bottom)
It's hard to explain the design, but know that if the knot comes loose, like it did for me, then the bracelet becomes difficult to tighten.
d)A week later the second knot came loose and so the bracelet is useless unless I fix it somehow.
e) the rope is lighter than pictured
All in all, the bracelet will kill your zen feeling, unless you are very careful with it. I still like it, love the concept, but the design failed to deliver a good life span. It's a good price, good buy, but be careful.
