I was very interested in this necklace for my brother and looking forward to giving it to him for Christmas. After the estimated delivery date was up and the tracker said the necklace had been delivered, I had not actually received it. Mistakes happen, so I contacted the company, in hopes of finding out what could be done. But little help did I receive. I was told there was nothing they could do and it was essentially not their responsibility. I talked to Amazon and got my money refunded. I would still love to get this necklace, but I am not willing to work with this company again.

I love this pendant. I wear it everyday. Runes are part of my heritage and this is my amulet.
